Elevations and landscaping proposal for the reconstruction of shopping mall and cinema complex
The main task is to propose unusual and budget-friendly for renovation old elevations, with saving billboards location on the same places. Bring all facades to a common style.
The challenge was to find a solution that takes into account the local context and the construction of the buildings, most of which are made of metal frames and sandwich panels
As a basis, we proposed a metaphor of a cloud above which balloons float. "Clouds" are made of a metal frame with a perforated grid - semicircles of different diameters. "Balloons" - advertising billboards above “floating” above.
The spherical shape of the billboard balloons allows for increasing the view of the advertising. This was important in the context of the site location on the outskirts of the highway.
